Team Details
Get your kids ready for Middle School and High School basketball, by building a solid foundation. Coaches Goals: (ranked by most important) 1) Play together, playing the right way 2) Teamwork 3) Defense 4) Rebounding Practice: * 2-3x a week * 1.5 hrs per session, first hour is with our personal training staff all offensive training, and the last 30-45 min. is team based. Trainers Commitment: will emphasize individual offensive skills, through repetition. * Dribbling/Footwork: using both hands equally, comfortable with the ball and using right & left hands. * Passing: Hitting the open man, passing off the dribble. * Shooting: Shooting the ball properly, shooting off screens and off the dribble. * Conditioning: Each training session will end with 10 min. of conditioning.
