The mission of NorCal Power Basketball (NCP) is to foster an environment of sportsmanship among players coaches parents and all other participants.; NCP provides opportunities for youth amateur basketball players to develop their physical and fundamental basketball skills and to participate in competitive games.; At NCP we believe basketball is more than just a game! Our committed coaches and staff understand the value of education and good work ethics are key fundamentals to being a valuable contributor to our society. We emphasize that hard work and commitment doesn’t just apply on the basketball court but all aspects of life.
